Easy access via the new Bay Gateway M6 link road and handy for historic City of LancasterPreston and the picturesque Lake District. Manchester is a one hour’s drive away and connected by frequent trains from Lancaster. A further small attic room can be rented to make this space suitable for a couple or individual wanting additional living space (rental charged at a further £200 pcm). We are a friendlyself employedleft leaningcreative couple in our fiftiesand currently share our home with our son (23 years) a lovely shaggy dog Toby and a house cat Mojo. We work from home from a designated office and in our through lounge dining room.
