Victorian terraced house in Newhaven, with access to beautiful countryside. It s a 10min walk to access; River Ouse & South Downs. Also, West beach is a great place to swim. Tide Mills is a 25min walk too.
Very close to bus stop to Brighton & Eastbourne [35- 40 min) Train station 10 min walk away. It’s 15 min to Brighton . Lewes 10 min
I have a small garden with space to enjoy the sun or shade.
You would be sharing with me & dog Willow, she is calm & cute. I m in a band & run sessions for young people in theatre/Drama. Ive worked as a professional, in the arts all my life. I practice Yoga & eat healthy foods, mostly vegetarian. I like a quiet calm house & would be happy to eat together sometimes. There is Wi fi & a T.V .aerial in your room if you wanted. There is both a bath and a Shower.
There is a regular no 12 bus service into Brighton. Also Newhaven Station is about a 12 -15 min walk. There are regular service to Brighton via Lewes (10 min to Lewes) 25 min to Brighton
