The room has a double bed, and storage furniture such as shelving and room for an armchair. You have your own private bathroom with bath and mixer shower. We have triple glazing, solar panels, and a gas boiler for heating. The rent includes unlimited Wireless internet access and TV. Heating and electricity are billed separately per month. The sitting room has a Woodburning stove. You also have shared use of the kitchen, sitting room and laundry facilities. There is use of an allotment and raised beds for growing vegetables. The secluded terrace has patio furniture so it can be used as another room in the warmer months. The wildlife garden has different seating areas to watch birds and squirrels in our trees. There is parking on our driveway.

We are friendly and welcoming lesbian couple and enjoy guitar playing, nature, films and TV. We would like to share with someone who is friendly and also appreciates having time to themselves. Ideally they would be interested in growing their own food and being in nature.

We have a wonderful view over towards the trees and the river. And we love all the changes we can see in the ‘big sky’ as we sit in our sitting room looking out.

Council Tax Band C. We love our home’s location, with lots of wildlife and fabulous views over to the broads. We are easily accessed from the A47 and NDR. Broadland Gate is just up the road with many outlets such as McDonalds, Lidl and Screwfix. We are on the bus route to the train station, city centre, South and West Norfolk and just a few minutes walk from parks, Sainsbury’s, other supermarkets, local shops and take-aways. There are many walking and cycle tracks in our area and the new Northern Distributor Route (NDR) gives direct access to the Norfolk coast and countryside. Along the river walk there are pubs, restaurants and cafes and access to nature reserves.

There is an initial payment of one months rent in advance before moving in and a two months minimum stay.
