The room is large, bright and airy with original features. It overlooks the garden.
We have a large garden and an outside shed for bikes if needed. On street parking, not permit required.
We are a quiet, laid back couple and are looking for a like minded professional that is respectful, tidy and easy going. This is for a short term let up to 6 months. Non-smoker, no couples.
4 minute walk to Ashley cross bars and restaurants, and Parkstone train station.
Regular bus routes from Ashley cross to Poole which is 3 miles away, Westbourne, 2 miles away & Bournemouth, 2.9 miles away.
Rent cost per calendar month includes: Room rate, all utility bills including super fast broadband with wireless (wi-fi), use of laundry facilities & cleaning of the communal areas (fortnightly).
