I currently live in a beautiful spacious, ground floor, two bedroom flat with garden in a stunning Victorian Terrace house on a quiet street in the heart Putney. I am looking for a new flatmate to join me as mine is moving back to Spain in January.
The double bedroom, is well sized, fully furnished with bed, good sized wardrobe, built in shelves and cupboards and a lovely skylight.
This flat is absolutely gorgeous and fully furnished, just look at the photos. This is not for show and how it looks all the time, I like to tidy. The living room is spacious with huge amounts of natural light, there are double patio doors at the end and two large skylights. I have Super Fast internet, a wall mounted LED TV with Apple TV including Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Now TV.
The kitchen is full equipped with cooker, hob, washing machine, kettle and dish washer. In addition, if you like coffee as I do, there is a Nespresso Machine and Coffee Grinder.
There is also a garden which is unheard of in London. It’s beautiful, quiet, gets the sun in the morning and early afternoon and has privacy from the neighbours. In addition is has a lockable bike shed.
The shared bathroom is stunning and includes a double shower with rain head. Furthermore for all those storage issue there is a basement which make a huge difference, trust me.
Putney High Street, is just 5 minute short walk from home, as are the Thames and Wandsworth Park is at the end of the road. There is a large Sainsburys and Waitrose in Putney, along with smaller Waitrose, Tesco, Co-Op and Sainsbury’s all within 5-7min walk. If you like the gym as well, Putney Pure Gym is also 5 minutes away.
Transport links are awesome. 5 minute walk to East Putney and 7 minute walk to Putney station which has links to Waterloo including Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Richmond is 5 minute train ride.
