Female lodger for quiet property
Female professional seeks live in lodger for a quiet property close to the heart of Rochester, with free on street parking and less than 15min walk to the train station. The room is a furnished double, the house has a dining room and living room, and the lodger is welcome to use one of two desks in the study upstairs to enable working from home. All utilities are included, chores must be shared – if a cleaner is wanted this will be split with the landlady and seperate from rent. I am a busy professional who has to get up early and go to bed early, so DJs or night owls need not apply as our lifestyles will be too different. I would consider extending tenancy if it works out, this is a trial period to see how sharing the house works. There is a also a small garden which I will be working on this year and please note the bathrooms – a shower room and seperate toilet -are both located on the ground floor.
