Tranquil Double Room in a countryside bungalow
I live in a beautiful countryside setting about 5 miles outside the centre of Romsey., with easy access to M27.
This is a tranquil place to live, close enough to Romsey for aminities but does require your own transport as there is no public transport and no local shops.
Ideally, I am looking for a mature professional female who works away from home (as I work partially from home), and who adores animals. I have horses and dogs who are my world and my reason for being. Therefor, I am happy to consider a tenant with a dog, but no cats please for obvious reasons :).
I have a large beautiful garden, of which you would have a full run of so if you like gardening you will be in paradise!
There is full use of the kitchen, the lounge and bathroom are all shared, as is the cleaning of the shared spaces.
The room light and airy with patio doors that open directly onto the patio and overlooks the garden. It is not huge as none of the rooms are, but it is large enough for a built in wardrobe a double bed and chest of draws. The bathroom is next door, and has a roll top bath as well as a seperate walk in shower.
I am a kind hearted and loyal person and find this process quite traumatic, as I have been let down and taken advantage of several times. I am looking for someone that is kind, cheerful and sociable. I am not looking for a bestie but you would be welcomed into my home and I hope that we would enoy living with one another. I have no desire to live with a complete stranger.
