Looking for a lovely cat loving lodger
A quiet and calm home and space, I am looking for a considerate lodger who loves cats and would be happy sharing the care of our kitten. The room and house is wonderful with all mod cons, so looking for a tidy clean individual. The room also has a stand up desk for home workers. Due to our cat, applications from individuals who will be at home quite a bit would be preferred. The large bathroom is yours to use as I have an en-suite, I would only ask for the occasional bath! Happy for the lodger to use the home as their own, being respectful of my needs as well as live in Landlord. I work from home 2 days a week. Definitely looking for a quieter person who will take great care while living here. We also have a weekly cleaner who I would be happy to clean your room as part return for helping look after the cat. The room has a large chest of drawers for your use, but note no hanging space. It comes fully furnished and the bed is a futon. This is a short term let due to the other half going away for 6 months and I’m looking for company, although privacy is respected and there is no expectation of socialising with me every day at all!
