Its a non smoking house hold but I have no objections to people smoking in the garden
This is a nice quiet area that is handy for the city centre and the NG hospital.
its Also on the main bus route
Communal areas kitchen , back sitting room /dinning room , separate wc and bathroom . . The use of the washing machine and wi-fi
Small garden but do have an allotment 2 streets away were at times hold BBQ and sit and relax .
I am looking for persons who I can share my space with . Some one who would not mind being sociable with from time to time but who also likes their own space .
I work shifts so if I am on a late shift or a night one it might appear as if I am not about . I will be at some part of the day but not regular hours .
With all working and if both rooms are let for the general house hold cleaning to be shared . mopping floors, putting out bins extra . Nothing that is not in the day to day running of a shared house . Bfriends and Gfriends are welcome to visit .
