Detached house with 5 bedrooms, generous size plot, in a corner of a cul-de-sac, very close to Shrewsbury hospital and easily walked. There is room for parking on the drive (for 3 cars, 2 parked there currently) and also parking next to house. It’s near to bus stops and in walking distance of town, train station and park. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 dining areas, a kitchen and a living room to share. It’s very close to food shopping, hairdressers, pub, post office, pharmacy and chip shop! A kingsize room and a double room available.
The larger room has a kingsize mattress (bedframe has been delivered, but not here in time for the photo!), fitted wardrobes and cupboards and other storage space. The double room has a double bed, a desk and chair and cupboard space. Both very spacious.
It’s easy to drive to A5 and M54.
This is very much a ‘cat’ neighbourhood and I have cats myself so would want someone who likes pets, and wildlife in general as the garden attracts nature.
