Friendly family environment. Landlord & landlady are in their 60s, plus all other adults living here are landlord & landlady’s own family. Room is basic, but cozy & includes a TV with channels for free. Room has a Kettle/ Fridge, plus wardrobe & clothing units. Kitchen is small, but we all work together in how we use it. Bathroom is also small & has a shower added to the bath area. Free parking is available in our street, or our driveway space is available to rent for an extra £10 per week, should a person require that . We are 1 mile from main motorway, for quick access to the London areas, or the coast is the opposite direction & an hour away. You food & drink are not covered in the rent you pay. Your rent can be paid weekly if you wish & is £126.92p per week. You get your bedding washed & changed, plus your room hovered & dusted/cleaned once a week, & this service IS included in your normal rent. You can get your own washing done at a launderette, if your prefer, or the landlord offers a £5 extra service charge for washing & drying an 8k wash. You wash & dry up yourself after your meals, or the landlord offers a washing up & drying up service for all your cooking items you use & this has an extra charge at £2.50 per meal washed & dried for you . A Working person is preferred.
