Easygoing, tidy and friendly professional female sought to share my rented home.
I am offering a single room furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, desk & chair. It also has built-in cupboards, and a window blind but no curtains.
Shared shower over bath in 1st floor bathroom, cosy living room and kitchen – access to all appliances etc. Small enclosed back patio garden. Safe off street parking available.
Rent includes all utility bills, WiFi and Netflix.
20 minute walk to Southampton General Hospital, 15 minute drive to City centre. Great transport links (Bluestar bus stop # 7 & 19 is 2 min walk away) and close to beautiful woodlands for walks or runs if that’s your thing.
I’m a female South African professional; I’m friendly, church-going, sociable and usually out a few nights a week, but also happy to chill at home with a book or movie. I plan to travel quite a bit in 2024.
My two rescue dogs, a male St-Bernard-x-Collie and female Terrier, very much inhabit the space so a future housemate would need to like dogs and understand that it’s their home too – couch space included 🙂 They are sweet senior dogs and can be easily won over with treats and ear scratches.
I’m happy to consider short term leases too.
