I have a lovely double room facing south very bright, in a quite green area with a great view, newly decorated and painted.
EASY to park just outside, 5 minutes to the bus stop. It is a 3 bedroom mid terraced in Spennymoor near to all amenities: Lidl supermarket 2 minutes by car and 5 by walking. Also Aldi, Asda, Fitness center with swimming pool and much more all near by. By car You can be in Durham in 15 minutes, to Bishop Auckland 7 minutes . The house is pretty, large and very comfortable to share in 2 people, myself the landlord and a potential lodger. It is clean and tidy. I am Italian and I work in UHND University Hospital of North Durham with a late shift. I am very easygoing person, used to share space with others, very respectful and tidy. I am looking to share my house with an easygoing, tidy professional, possibly female who is looking for a quite place and possibly for long periods, with regular working hours. I do consider short term minimum 12 months and short week Monday to Friday too.
