I am offering a furnished double bedroom in my rented accommodation in Heaton Moor. The property is in a nicesafe area and there is a parking space in a secure car park that forms part of the complex I live in. The property is close to all barsshops restaurants in this lovely area. There are two separate w/c’sa shared bathroomlarge shared living area and a large shared kitchen. I have broadband and there are two outside patio areas to the property. I’m a 60-year old with a good sense of humour and I’m a good cookor so those who’ve survived my attempts tell me. I respect that sharing with someone has to allow them some space and I sometimes value the same. I do enjoy a good chinwagwatching a good movie and socialising on the odd occasion. There are great amenities close by that cater for all needsgood choice of restaurantsbarsshops and even a small local cinema. I play an acoustic guitar so practice – quietly :-)on occasion or when myself and the small band I play in have a booking – we play a few local gigs in care homes. I enjoy good conversation and I am a writer/author by profession.
