I’m offering two unfurnished rooms (one bedsit, one double) with shared bathroom and kitchen. Pets are welcome. I have a small dog and cat. You will have to have a credit check via my estate agent. I am single without children. I work from my studio in Stourbridge so am away during the day. You are welcome to work from home. I have an active, but quiet social life and seldom have visitors around. For your own sanity, please don’t be a neat freak. There is safe offside parking available, but has to be arranged and is extra. The rooms are large enough for a decent double bedroom and a private lounge. All unfurnished. Kitchen it fitted out and all appliances are available.
