I am a 69 year old male living on his own that has a furnished single bedroom available for rent at £500 including bills (hopefully you’ll read on!). I have a good sense of humour, which is important when you’ve been learning Welsh for 45 years. (I’m learning the piano now – so that’s probably the next 45 years taken care of!)
I have 2 part time jobs, one as a Domestic Energy Assessor and the other as a PA/Carer (I have a DBS). I was formerly a qualified accountant. I am going through the process of qualifying to become a foster parent for a child between the ages of 4 and 9. This would be occasional respite care at weekends only (not every weekend). I say this because anyone living at the property would need to undergo background checks by social services.
The 3 bedroom house has recently been fully refurbished with a brand new kitchen and has 2 lounges. It is on a residential estate 4 miles from Swansea with off-street parking. If you are interested and would like to hear more please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
