Double en-site for M-F let
Large double room with an en suite bathroom (shower over bath) available now for a M-F let. Our lodger for 2.5 years just left as he was made redundant.
The living/dining area, kitchen, downstairs loo and garden is for shared use. There is plenty of parking available right outside the house. All utility bills and broadband is included.
This is a very quiet house. My husband and I are only downstairs for a couple of hours a night. We are ideally looking for a professional who needs to stay weeknights only as we sometimes have guests on weekends.
There are supermarkets, gyms, petrol stations, shopping centres and takeaway / restaurants all nearby.
Please note we are looking for an over 40 lodger as most of our friends are in their 40s and 50s. This is the age group we get on well with however I am 31 (the site didn’t allow me to pick my actual year.) If you are reluctant to stay with someone my age, please give us a shot! There is a reason people my own age call me ‘grandma!’ – (note I have no kids, I just prefer the company of people older than me!)
