As the owner I am now advertising a double bedroom situated at the front of property 1st floor, it has a built in double wardrobe and double bed, small TV, Internet, shared use of bathroom with my male lodger on the same first floor, the other female lodger has her own bedroom with ensuite on the 2nd floor. You also have use of cloakroom/toilet/utilty room in hallway with washing machine and separate tumble dryer, kitchen and lounge on ground floor and sole parking available by front door. The property is situated just 2 minutes walk to the North Orbital shopping centre with all amenities and bus stops. You will have a shared responsibility to help keep the common area’s of the house tidy with the existing two lodgers and of course your own room. All bills included within the rent price being asked include utilities, council tax, internet and Netflix. This is a happy and social home with nice natured lodgers aged between 45 and 65 as the lady in her 30″s is now leaving after four and a half years to get her own home and has been happily staying here without any problems. An ideal applicant should be of simular character to the existing roommates, single, tidy, considerate. I also don’t discriminate with sex or gender as its more important to get the right person for the house, in fact the lady on the top floor who has also been with me for over 4 years is a transgender female and one of the nicest people you could ever wish to meet, my recent male lodger has a great sense of humour with everyone being super respectful with noise after 11pm. First person to have a successful viewing with my existing lodgers as I would like them help choose their new housemate secures the room with 1 months rent and 1 months deposit required so £1000 is your first payment and completion of a 6 months minimum lodgers rental agreement. Identification plus proof of occupation is normally required I.e passport or driving licence and a recent payslip without references.
