The cloakroom has basin, WC & shower & is located off the kitchenette which I would also use occasionally & if I have day / early evening visitors . The study room would be exclusively yours to use.
The kitchenette has a small undercounter fridge freezer 85l capacity , microwave, belling type mini grill/ oven with timer (42l capacity) with 2 electric hotplates on top, additional small countertop drinks fridge. Kettle, cutlery, crockery, your own cupboard space.. The kitchenette is not suitable for major foodies or long cooking sessions, but great if you just like to grab a quick bite prior to going out!
All Bills are included in the rent : hI Speed wifi, gas, electricity, water, council tax , TV point in both rooms, both rooms are lockable. There’s a small amount of storage space available in loft for a small number of boxes & suitcases if required,
First floor bedroom room has 4ft 6 double bed with storage under, side table, tall chest of drawers,. desk & chair available for downstairs study if required clothes rail/ wardrobe.
FYI I have a mature CAT who stays in my living room at night. (incase you have allergies)
Please no smoking or overnight visitors, ( my bedroom is also located off the small hallway!) Sorry no family /friend visitors as the rooms are small) , this set up would probably suit someone who needs somewhere to sleep a few nights a week as a bolthole or a work from home office & someone who has a busy ( or complicated) social life!
I’m 64, no partner or kids & keep myself to myself so probably best if you do too!?
