Large double room available for short or long term rental. Iโm looking for female lodgers my off-grid home. I have a smallholding near the Rhinog hills with a couple of ponies, chicken and ducks, a dog and cats. Own transport essential.
My house is a traditional stone cottage set in 10 acres of rough pasture surrounded by woods. The nearest neighbour is two miles, the nearest shop is five miles. There is a separate stone barn which I currently Airbnb in the summer months. There is also an large agricultural barn/ workshop/garage.
My home is cosy and warm and I live a simple and quiet life. Water is gravity-fed from a nearby stream, electricity comes from a generator and batteries and cooking/heating is via solid fuel and wood. There is a large chest freezer and small fridge.
