For rent is 1 double room within a family home . I am currently a serving soldier so only return to the house twice monthly and during some leave periods with my son who is 4 years old.
With that in mind you will have access to all of the property apart from my bedroom and the on suite bathroom that is within that .
The property has just been fitted with a brand new bathroom that has a walk in shower that you will have full access to .
The property is fully furnished , but can remove the bed from the bedroom should you bring your own , the bedroom also has a bedside cabinet and chest of drawers with a tv also to watch.
The property has a full enclosed garden which you will have full use of .
There is also a dining room with a large table.You will have full use of the kitchen with a designated cupboard for you food stuffs.
The living room has a corner sofa and a large tv with a full sky package and broadband which you will have full use of.
I would like to meet with anyone that is interested to see if we get on as I do have a child and I need to know he will be happy with the tenant . I also have two dogs that return to the property with myself so tenant needs to be happy with dogs.
I will require references and also I will conduct a CRB check at my expense on anyone who is interested .
Bills are included within the price except for gas and electric that will vary monthly dependant on what you use. More than happy to talk in detail about this.
I will require a months rent as a refundable deposit should there be no damage to the property on leaving.
