My family have moved to the country but I stay in London during the week therefore I am looking for a reliable, sensible professional lodger(s) for either 1 or 2 rooms in my family house in Earlsfield, Wandsworth.

There is a large double bedroom or a good sized 1 available, both furnished and with ample storage. Use of a private bathroom.

The house has a spacious sitting room and a large eat-in kitchen with conservatory leading to a south west facing garden which is great for alfresco dining.

I and a friend are in the house on and off between Monday night and Friday mornings so there is the bonus option of having the house for sole use at weekends. Flexible arrangements on no. of nights available. I will be looking for £900 pcm for the double room and £600 pcm for the single inclusive of all bills and cleaner.

Transport links are good with a 7 min walk to Earlsfield overland station which line goes into Waterloo and there is the no. 77 bus route just at the end of the street.

Excellent amenities of Earlsfield, Wandsworth Town and Wandsworth High street are within the easy reach and its just a short walk to Wandsworth Common.
