We’re looking for a long term housemate to rent a spacious, bright double room (3.7 X 4.6m).
A brand new double bed and chest of drawers will be supplied.
Easy access to Central London via a two minute walk to Tooting Broadway tube station. Super close to vibrant Tooting market with loads of restaurants and shops. Sainsbury, Lidl and Aldi all within a 5 minute walk. St. George’s Hospital a 10 minute walk.
Home to four professional sociable 40 something, and Ms. W (house cat).
£700 per month. This includes all the bills, utilities and day to day household cleaning products as well as fast broadband and a cleaner every other week.
There is an open plan living room / kitchen. 2 sofas, dining table and chairs. We have two bathrooms with showers so no queuing. We also have a small courtyard
out back so smokers welcome.
We’re looking for a sociable female or male who keeps the place clean and doesn’t mind coming out for a couple of drinks.
We can be flexible with the deposit, with an initial payment of £700 and the remainder of £340 payable after the first month.
