DESCRIPTION
Location is a village in between hastings battle & rye. It is a nice area with easy access to bus stop 5 min walk. Local school shop pub dr church again 5 min walk. We have a 2 year old dog very friendly we are easy going I do not work & my other half does alot of fishing. The room is a double but can have two single beds if mother and child the bathroom has seperate bath and shower parking available & use of garden. If you work & need washing doing am quite happy to accommodate & if an evening meal would like to be shared again no problem. I smoke a vape but normal cigs are fine but not in bedroom). We have a garage & a little loft space for boxes if needed. If you would like more details or a viewing please contact & have a coffee. Better than photos
