I have a room to rent in my three storey four bed family home which I live alone in. I am 49 and work in social care. The double room is on the second floor next to the family bathroom which would be exclusive use as my kids have left home and I have the third floor. We would share the living room, Kitchen and garden.
The house is 5 mins walk from Westhoughton town centre with its popular shops/pubs/restaurants/take aways and bars . There are two train stations and bus routes within walking distance and 5 mins drive from the motorway. Westhoughton is located 5 miles from Bolton Town centre, and Manchester is 20 mins via road or train. There are local nature walks. I have a Pomeranian dog who is quiet loyal and friendly. Rent is £100 per week
