Rent includes 1 x double bedroom (part furnished) with under bed storage, use of the office space / living area in the adjacent bedroom and an off road parking space. There is a shared bathroom, kitchen and access to white goods. All bills are included in the rent (including internet). There is a local bus connection from Kingsmead. You must be clean, tidy, easy going and ok with cats as 3 of them live here, therefore cannot accept any pets. Rent will be paid 1 month in advance via standing order. This rental will be required for a minimum period of 6 months. Rent negotiable for the right person. No couples. Please contact me to arrange a meet and viewing.
