Ideally situated comfortable & well appointed modern townhouse in Winchester just 10 minutes walk from the centre in a very nice area on the South side of the city in a quiet street. Train station is a 15 minutes walk with frequent fast trains to London Waterloo and there is a bus stop a few minutes away for buses to Southampton. Our local Everyman Cinema is within 5 minutes walk. The house is 3 storey and the room is on the top floor of the house. It has its own recently installed (not en suite) bathroom on the same floor. Quiet household with no children or pets, sharing with resident landlord who works part-time locally and has accommodated many lodgers over the last 30 years. Ideal sharer would have their own home elsewhere and be looking for a room from Monday – Friday or certain days of the week. Rent priced pro-rata for number of days per week required.
