It is situated in what the estate agents call an executive development just off the green in Wooburn Green & is close to a small local Tesco (open 6 am to 10 pm) with a large Tesco 1 mile away. Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and M&S are 2.5 miles away in Beaconsfield. The M40 is only 1 mile away but not close enough to hear the traffic – the M4 is 12 miles away & it is only 20 miles from London.
This would suit a contractor who is looking for a Monday to Friday rent but 7 days per week is fine too.
I have chinchillas – several of them – and if I go away to work – which I do occasionally as I contract in IT, i would like someone who can look after the chins – none of them bite but they are very cute.
Also, if I have to go away, you will basically be paying a very cheap rent to have the flat to yourself.
