Furnished, master bedroom to rent in a calm and quiet three bedroom period property. The room is furnished with a very comfortable kingsize Sleepeezee oceana bed and has great storage with a good sized wardrobe and large chest of drawers.
It’s a three bedroom property but I use the smallest bedroom as an office and I have the second bedroom, you would have the master.
All bils (including broadband and sky) included.
Sharing with friendly, professional lady – looking ideally for similar. I enjoy listening to radio 4 and classic fm but love a bit of trashy tv too.
Should probably say that I’m not a massive fan of loud music! Looking for a calm, considerate housemate.
Approx 10 minute walk to Woodford underground on the central line where you have easy access to the city and Canary Wharf (12 mins to Stratford and 20 mins to Liverpool Street). 20 min walk to Highams Park (which goes to Liverpool St) so great alternative if there is a strike or problem with the trains.
Also happy to consider Monday – Friday let at a reduced rent.
