Looking for a Flatmate for a 6 month shared tenancy in a 2 bed apartment in Diglis. Immediate move for the November 1st.
Double bedroom available (pictured with Super King bed) with a shared combined kitchen and living room as well as a private family bathroom.
Rented as Unfurnished on a 6 month contract.
Sofas and shared furniture will be staying. The double room will be cleared though the bed can be arranged to stay if desired.
Looking for someone easy-going, friendly and mature to share a nice modern flat near to Worcester centre. Non-smoking preferred. Local amenities nearby and lots of on street parking.
£600 per month and we currently pay roughly £150 for bills, council tax and broadband.
Deposit on the Zero Deposit scheme.
