Double room in Victorian terrace
A lovely double room in my family home, all bills and a cleaner included. You will have as much privacy as you want, but I am sociable and friendly, so happy to have a cuppa too. My two small rescue dogs live here too; they are friendly and cute. I live in the heart of Acomb, next to all the shops and bars. The bus stop into York City Centre is across the road; it takes around 5-10 minutes to get to the train station. Alternatively it’s only a 20-25 minute walk. I’m close to Westbank Park and Hobb Moor for walks in nature, also close to the ring road and the A64. The house is recently renovated, with underfloor heating and all appliances. All the original Victorian features have been maintained; there is an open fire and a log burner in the living room and dining room respectively. I have a garage and a cellar if you need more storage. The room is on the top floor of the house (3rd floor); it is light and airy. The top floor bathroom is spacious and modern.
