Rooms are side by side. Each room is 9.5’x11 (+ 2.5′ closet in each room)

The house has a large yard. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes from I70.
Friendly neighbors and next door to Majestic View Park.

Common areas include: kitchen, dining room, living room, yard.

You would share with two friendly, quiet, 50+ women, a well behaved dog, and 2 cats.
I work from home. I travel a lot. I like to cook. I don’t party. I meditate and exercise, and like a peaceful environment.
The other housemate is also a professional, very friendly, quiet, respectful.

We are looking for a similar person that is respectful and dependable to make this your home too!  You are a clean, quiet, and considerate female. No smoking of any kind, no drugs, no overnight guests, no pets (3 is enough)
