I am a 55 year old travel nurse with a house to share. I am only home every other weekend and in between travel assignments. So you will frequently have the house to yourself. The home is a one story but with 3 steps at each entry point.The house is on a lovely, tree lined street in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is very walkable/bikeable to shops, restaurants, beaches. 10 mins to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale International airport. 15 minutes to downtown Ft. Lauderdale. 20-30 minutes to downtown, Miami. The house has a large front and fenced back yard with a fruiting mango tree and many coconut palms. The garage is full so no storage, but it can fit your bike or paddle board. Rent includes electric, water, sewer, trash removal, internet, gas, washer dryer. For security there is a smoke detector and carbon monoxide monitor, fire extinguisher, key less locking system, and external cameras in place. No smoking, no pets, no overnight guests.
