The neighbors are great and it is in the Forest Park, West Sylvan, and Lincoln School districts. Cats and small dogs okay. Housemates pay 1/4 utilities which include garbage, water, gas, and electric. Free wifi. Occasional alcohol, no cannabis or tobacco. This is a great space for the right person(s). Four blocks from Forest Heights Village with sandwich shop, small grocery, Pizzaccato, and the neighborhood has quarterly events at a local park within a short walk.
