3 Bed Home with all provisions is 10 mins from Richmond station, 20 minutes from centre of London via direct train or tube. I am only looking to rent 1 of the 2 advertised rooms to an adult/ couple, although I would consider opening up the children’s room if needed for a child. One large double room with superking 4 poster bed, chaise longue, dressing table and en suite bathroom. One double room with doors onto the private patio/ landscaped garden area in which I’ve placed a single bed, sofa, smart TV, coffee table, mirrors, chest of drawers etc. And a 3rd room with a bunkbed in for children. There is a stylish front door and off road driveway with a view from the lounge onto the iconic Turner view of the river. The lounge opens into the dining room and that opens into the kitchen with all 3 machines (dryer included). Chandeliers are through out. Downstairs are the 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and doors leading to a private patio, onto the communal landscaped gardens and then onto the private parking area . There is an antique desk downstairs for working on (separate to mine). I have a very small amount of storage free at the back of the house and secured bike shed. Private off street parking would need to be agreed separately, but is possible. I’ve taken photos of nearly all the rooms, but need the photo the bedrooms and bathrooms in the day, so these are to come.
