We are looking for a young professional to stay in this house shared with 4 other ladies. Currently, there are only 2 others.
The room is on the 1st floor with a window.
Kitchen has fully fitted with a large fridge/freezer, hob and oven, washing machine and microwave.
There is a shower/toilet downstairs, and a bathroom/toilet upstairs.
The photos are not current but there hasn’t been much change. I will update with newer pictures soon.
Minimum 6 months contract.
£540 excluding Gas and Electricity (between £10-30 per month)
Reference needed:
Passport/Photo Driving License as proof if ID.
Proof of eligibility to live and work in UK
PAYE slip
Bank Statement within the last three months
Utility bill within last three months.
1 month’s rent as deposit and 1 month’s rent in advance
