Hello! 🙂 We have a spacious double room available for rent in our lovely flat situated in the heart of Falkirk.
We’re just a stone’s throw away from the famous Kelpies. Callendar House and Park is right on our doorstep, which makes a perfect day out exploring the forest, taking in the sights, or even trying out their new MTB track.
– We have a large car park is right outside the house
– Tesco is just a 5-minute walk away
– Polmont train station is a 20-minute walk, or a quick 10-minute bike ride away – we have a spare bike you’re welcome to use!
– Trains to Stirling can be as quick as 20 minutes (£4.20 for a return ticket).
– The M9 motorway is only a 5-minute drive to get to
– Glasgow and Edinburgh are just a 20-minute drive once on the motorway.
All bills and council tax are included in the rent.
Our home is equipped with high-speed broadband (Virgin Media – 250 mbps).
We are looking for someone who is ready to settle down in a quiet neighbourhood and values a peaceable environment.
