THE HOUSE
The house is beautiful and cosy with 3 bedrooms upstairs, in a safe area with friendly socialable neighbours. I am the only other new tenant. Bathroom, living room and kitchen/dining is shared only with me. TV /living room is a cosy space to socialise and relax. The kitchen has all mod cons including washing machine, with access to a large garden to enjoy al fresco dining, BBQs, relaxing, or just pottering around, which I do a lot of… after a day’s work. You are welcome to join me or to grow your own or just listen to the birds There’s free street and bike parking.
The house is conveniently located in Dulwich triangle Zone 2.
Most roads are street safe cycling routes.
