A large double room is available in a charming Victorian four-bedroom house in a peaceful residential area of Peckham, just a short stroll from the beautiful Peckham Rye Park, located between East Dulwich.
The room is fully furnished and overlooks our lovely garden. One of the photos shows the room that has been emptied and has just had new carpet fitted after the Easter holiday weekend. You will share the bathroom, kitchen, large dining room, and separate living room, all equipped with all mod cons such as central heating, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and fast Wi-Fi. It is a calm and cosy house with a lot of character, perfect for someone who appreciates a peaceful home. Occasional chats are welcome but it is not a party house.
We are three quiet and friendly male professionals just over the age of 40, who value respect and maintain a very clean and harmonious living environment. The property benefits from good transport links and free street parking.
We are looking for a respectful, considerate, friendly, responsible, quiet, clean, and very tidy non-smoking professional (sorry, no students, couples or pets) to join us for a long-term stay (min one year).
