Hello! 🙂
We have one double room (11.3ft x 9ft) available to rent in this comfortable, tidy and friendly flat. With three floors, bay windows and a skylight, the space is light, calm and airy.
The room is available for long-term, minimum one year stay.
The roomy lounge comes complete with fast Broadband and TV. The kitchen has an electric cooker, air fryer, juicer and microwave, as well as personal storage space for each tenant. The bedroom on offer is unfurnished.
We are two females and a non-binary, a bit about ourselves:
Charlie: 44, works as a support worker for disabled adults while rewarding, often requires some rest and downtime afterwards. In my free time, I like to relax, watching TV or movies (horror being my fav), I’m an avid comic con attendee, love meeting my favourite actors and getting my geek on!
Esther: 30, I work as an area manager for a photo printing business so I spend most of my days commuting around London. In my free time, I’ll be out in the park, going out to restaurants, just relaxing at home with Chippy or you’ll find me away on holidays fairly often too!
Khánh Hạ, 25, works as a theatre administrator and receptionist in a dance studio, and enjoys cooking and baking.
We also have a lovely friendly cat called Chippy (see pictures for adorableness!), who belongs to Esther, so this would not be suitable for anyone with allergies and means we would be unable to add any other pets into the mix.
The local area has a sweet community feel, with great independent stores, bars and pubs. Fred’s coffee shop is adorable, the Rivoli Ballroom is an art deco masterpiece and the Crofton Park Budgen’s is the best you will ever visit. There are also plenty of leafy green spaces nearby.
The flat is situated a five-minute walk from Crofton Park station (Thameslink) and ten minutes from Honor Oak Park (London Overground and Southern Rail). Fantastic bus links are also available, connecting us to central London. London Bridge, Blackfriars, Kings Cross, Victoria, Elephant & Castle and Lewisham are all within easy reach.
We’re now seeking a new female tenant to join our flatshare as one of us is moving. We are an inclusive and both neurodivergent and queer-friendly household. The room is available from the 1st of February.
Bills are variable, and as is the case everywhere may rise in the coming months, but they currently average around £110 each per month (council tax (Band C), energy, water, TV license and internet). The deposit is £522.
If you think you’d be a good fit to join our home, please get in touch with us with a bit of yourself and we can let you know any more details to book a viewing.
