I have a bright and newly refurbished small double room available from 16th April 2025 in my clean, tidy, and friendly home. I’m looking for a professional (male or female) who’s seeking a place to stay for 3 months or longer.
The house is smoke- and pet-free, though smokers and vapers are welcome—just kindly outside only, not in the house or bedroom.
The room comes fully furnished with a small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. You’ll also have full use of the shared spaces, including:
Bathroom with shower
Kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, plates, utensils, etc.)
Lounge & dining room
Nice garden area for relaxing
All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent, making things simple and stress-free.
The location is great—just a few minutes’ walk to Chipping Sodbury High Street with its cafés, pubs, restaurants, and shops. Its also close to Yate Town, which has a sports centre, shopping centre, and good transport links including Yate train and bus stations, plus easy access to the M4 & M5 motorways.

This would best suit a mature, respectful professional. Sorry, no couples.
