DESCRIPTION

I am happy to share my 3 bedroomed house with two lodgers on a long term basis. I am happy to share the lounge, kitchen and garden with my lodgers. One lodger will be living in an en-suite bedroom. The other lodger will be living in a slightly smaller bedroom. Both lodgers need to pass all necessary checks carried out by a professional estate agent. We will sign a Lodging Agreement prepared by a solicitor beforehand. Bus 36 is on my door step. Harrogate and Leeds are both within 15 minutes drive distance.
