A lovely, spacious double room in a large house in Meanwood. It also has office space – see photos. Sharing with one other professional female (Me!)
I’m looking for someone who has a good work-life balance, is quite relaxed but also who is proactive when it comes to sharing house chores etc. It would be ideal to have someone who would like to share the occasional meal as well or who likes to have friends round for a drink.
The house comprises of front room, kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, two bedrooms and two office spaces.
The rent is £450 per month and the bills come in around £100. It’s a really lovely area, close to Headingley and also shops in meanwood – Waitrose, Aldi, North Bar, Wildcraft Cafe.
