About me:
I work as a yoga and swimming teacher, a merchandiser, I Freelance within the corporate events/conferences industry. I occasionally work from home. I love animalsโespecially catsโand hope to own or foster in the future.
I am peaceful, warm, sociable, creative, and chilled. I enjoy the occasional sharing of food, gatherings and conversation, but I also love my own space too.
I donโt drink or smoke and would prefer a housemate with a similar lifestyle. Iโm independent and often out working or teaching, but I enjoy a home where we can have the occasional chat over a cuppa, watch TV and share a meal now and then
A respectful, calm, and friendly vibe matters to me. This isnโt a party house; itโs a warm, inclusive space where both housemates feel comfortable, considered, and part of the space.
Iโd love to live with someone who is respectful and tidies up after themselves. The house is spacious, with a cosy lounge to relax in, a large kitchen perfect for cooking, and a garden for anyone who enjoys pottering about in. I am considering growing vege in spring. ๐
The House is located on a quiet leafy street. A short walk to all main transport links from the high street. Bus stop close by (10 minutes to Finsbury Park station) and the C1 cycle route. Itโs 10 minutes walk to Stoke Newington station. The rent is 575.00. Bills are around ยฃ235-245 (changeable due to up and coming price increases with gas and electric) pcm including Council Tax (band E), TV Licence, Electricity, water, Garden waste, Broadband. Both of us will be responsible for the bills so therefore complete transiency will be ensured.
