AVAILABLE FROM JAN 12TH. Looking for a quiet, peace-loving flatmate to share a large, two-storey flat with big garden in Gipsy Hill/Crystal Palace. Light, bright double room on top floor with amazing view of central London; Victorian conversion; shared kitchen, living room, two bathrooms, garden, terrace. 5 minutes walk to the Crystal Palace “Triangle” (tons of shops, supermarket, pubs, bars, restaurants, huge park), approx 7 minutes walk to Gipsy Hill train station (Victoria or London Bridge in 25 minutes), approx 12 minutes walk to Crystal Palace Overground station. Share with one male (58). Rent and bills to be split equally. Please note : not a party house! I work from home and enjoy a very peaceful, calm environment. No loud tv, music or calls in the bedroom. There is currently no tv but I’m not against having one in the living room. Would love to find someone with similar interests in music, the arts, cinema, photography, etc but not essential. Would definitely suit someone looking to get their hands into a very large, wild garden (shared with downstairs neighbours). Pets? Let’s talk first. 😉 Note : if you don’t like stairs, hills or old buildings, this flat probably isn’t for you. 😉 The whole place has its quirks, so it’s best seen before committing.
