Large bathroom in home. Beautiful fully equipped kitchen and dining room with vaulted ceiling leading onto doors to patio and peaceful garden. BT high speed wifi, dishwasher, Washer dryer, laundry airer and outdoors laundry airer.
2 Freezers and 2 fridges.
There are quite a few fresh herbs in the garden which you are welcome to use in cooking.
Flat screen TV in lounge with Netflix access and Freeview channels and some Prime availabilty. Real fire and logs for it. The house has a spacious living feel to it so if you like that feeling, you might like my home!

Approximately 15 minutes walk to Bracknell or Martin’s Heron mainline Waterloo/Reading train stations. This property is owner occupied and situated in a quiet cul de sac with lovely neighbours as well as birds and squirrels. The property is child, smoke and pet free. Bracknell has a superb Arts Centre as well as forest for cycling and walking. Windsor and Ascot are just up the road.
Parking is usually easy in front of house and sometimes on drive. This is a home environment sharing with the owner, who is on site to maintain the property, and one other housemate who is a lovely guy. I am looking for a professional person to share my home who is a non smoker (or has the odd smoke outside) , is in employment, clean and tidy, honest and trustworthy and doesn’t mind some interaction with others.
I speak English, French and Swedish and enjoy learning about other cultures. I would like you to feel at home here. Like cooking or baking ? We both like to cook and bake and have good kitchen equipment
I also appreciate the occasional good ale or IPA. 🙂
One month rent plus a month’s rent in advance will be required along with employment references.
