Kitchenette includes 2 hobs, a conventional microwave oven with grill, fridge freezer and sink area. Fully furnished with cookware, crockery, kettle and toaster. There is also a breakfast bar.
Bedroom area includes a very comfortable bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, side table, Freeview 26in TV and Wifi. The room has an oil filled radiator with timer settings. Hand and Bath towels are also provided.
The room has it’s own lockable door off of the main entrance hallway where there is a shared toilet. Bathroom & Laundry facilities are located in the main part of the our house which is accessible both mornings and evening but not during working hours due to the alarm system being activated while we are at work (Mon – Fri 9am -4pm).
There is off road parking included too.
This room is ideal for someone that doesn’t want to ‘house share’ but prefers their own space.
Area:
We live in a quiet Cul de Sac with no through traffic approx 2mins away from great bus links to Basildon Town Centre, Pitsea, Wickford and Southend. Also situated by the bus stop are the local shops which include a local convenience store.

The house is a nicely furnished family home with fields to back and side. Our family consists of 2 parents and two grown up children, all of whom are out at work during the day. There are 2 dogs and 2 cats in the property also so you must like animals as they are part of our family. We are easy going and live a busy lifestyle and are looking for someone who is employed full time and is also easy going but who is respectful of our home and our property.
(Please note that we have a spare key to access the room in case of emergencies as the consumer unit and main water stopcocks are located in the bedsit).
We do require references, proof of earnings/employment and a deposit. We will carry out background checks also.
