The house enjoys a favourable central location with easy walking distance to shops, pubs, restaurants, bus stops, parks and a good selection of take aways. We can provide off street parking. There is easy access to M1 and M69 links and Leicester, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Desford are all a short drive away. The room is situated on the first floor at the rear and is relatively quiet. For those that like to cook there is a separate shared kitchen on the first floor that has all the amenities including a washing machine. There is a nice shared garden and there is broadband. We are live in Live-in landlord and landlady who occupy the ground floor who have honed our understanding of communal living and our commitment to amiable relationships through years as parents and foster carers. We have many diverse interests and are always ready to help, have a chat etc but we are not pushy, privacy is respected.
Communal areas are monitored and we expect everyone to clean up after themselves straight away allowing for a harmonious household for all.
