I have up to two double rooms available in my newly built home. The first is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chair and two chest of drawers. You also have your own bathroom and shower next to your room.
I will also consider renting out a second double bedroom which is slightly smaller for £450 if you want to share with a friend.
Lounge, kitchen diner with sofa, parking for up to four vehicles, large garden with patio. It’s a town house so my room and en suite is on the top floor, leaving the first floor to you.
I’m looking for an easy going, tidy person/s to share my home.
Monthly rent payable in advance. All bills included, gas, electric, council tax, water, WiFi.
Room is available 7 days a week or as a Monday to Friday let for a reduced fee.
Yate has great bus and train routes to Bristol and close to Chipping Sodbury for good pubs and restaurants. Also close to motorways.
