Hi, We have a double room available immediately. The house located in yate, growing rapidly(new cinema, restaurants pubs and coffee shops). Yate has great transport links inc a bus stop right outside the house, a train station 5-10 minutes walk, there is also a bus station in yate shopping centre which is again 10 minute walk. The room is upstairs. There is a shared bathroom. There is a washing machine/microwave/oven in the kitchen. We have a garden, fast WIFI. Double room available for £500/month (all bills included) £500 deposit and 1-month rent is required in advance. We are looking for friendly/tidy/hygienic individuals. The room is furnished with double divan bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Please contact me for more details.
